Commercial
Commercial roof painting: what to expect
Sheds, warehouses and large-span roofs need a different approach to a house. Here's how we plan and stage commercial roof coating work.

The difference on a commercial job isn't the paint — it's the access, the staging and keeping the site operating while we work.
Inspection and scope
We assess sheet condition, fastenings, rust, flashings and safety access, then quote the exact coating system for the substrate.
Preparation is most of the job
- High-pressure clean of the full roof area
- Rust treatment and fastener replacement
- Flashing and valley repairs
- Priming with a substrate-appropriate primer
Staging around your operations
Large roofs are coated in sections so the building stays usable. Where noise or access matters, we schedule around your trading hours.
The finish
Two coats of a heat-reflective membrane give you colour, waterproofing and a measurable reduction in heat load under the roof.
We're QBCC licensed and fully insured, and we'll provide documentation for your records on completion.
